The Flyers Come to townBy Taylor and NIck= Wow, would you believe that 3 members of the Philadelphia came to Waretown School to hold a hockey clinic for Waretown Rec. and Summer Adventure. They taught us 4 different shots:

wrist
backhand
snap
Each participant got a Philadelphia Flyers hockey stick at the start. Then we got to practice shots with the coaches. It was really amazing. Thanks to Mrs. Broadbent and the Waretown Recreation Department.
